Q: How much is the MOQ?
A: No MOQ is required for standard products. But for 100pcs above, we shall provide the more competitive price.
Q: How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and pay deposit for formal order.
Fourthly, we arrange the production and shipment.
Finally, we give you tracking No. and CI for shipment.
Q: Color temperature and CRI?
A: 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K. CRI 80, 90, 97 are available.
Q: Lead time?
A: Usually, 5-7 days for samples, and 10-15 days for general orders. Need to be recalculated if any special changes on the CCT and housing color, etc.
Q: Warranty?
A: Low-Carbon provides guarantee from three or five years for different products. If there is quality issue caused during 5 years warranty, we will send necessary replacements or new item to you for free in advance.
Q: Payment terms?
A: 30% deposit and 70% payment before shipment, bank transfer and Paypal are acceptable.
Q: Is it OK to put my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. We can use sticker or print the logo in the product. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q: Transportation?
A: We will always arrange the most suitable and economic method of delivery based on the quantities of your order. If necessary, we can also arrange shipment to your forward directly.
